Kettlebells & Burpees: A Workout Called “Chrissy”

For those of you who don’t know Shawn Mozen, you should definitely check out his site at to get a sense of what he’s all about. This is one of his hallmark workouts, and it’s performed at each of his kettlebell certification courses. Here’s the workout:
30 tuck jump burpees (TJB’s); 20 two-handed kettlebell swings;
25 TJBs; 25 swings;
20 TJBs; 30 swings;
15 TJBs; 35 swings;
10 TJBs; 40 swings;
5 TJBs; 45 swings
— for time —
