Free Book on Intermittent Fasting

We stumble across things from time to time that are worth sharing, and today we discovered a free resource (in the form of an e-book) on the topic of IF, or intermittent fasting.

We realize a lot of our readers are avid followers of Robb Wolf and IF is an important part of what Robb espouses.

It’s called the “Fast-5 Diet” and (although we’re skeptical of anything that calls itself a “diet”) it bears looking into for those who may have an interest in IF.

The basic premise is simple:  you go for 19 hours a day without eating (that includes your time spent sleeping), and then you have a 5-hour window in which you can eat until you’re satisfied.

Check it out if you’re interested, and note that this is not one of those cheezy “free e-book downloads” that’s only available online.

It’s a legitimate book in its own right and, if you want, you can order your own copy of The Fast-5 Diet and the Fast-5 Lifestyle at Amazon.com.  (It even earned 4.5 stars out of 5!)
