Simply Stronger

For those of you looking for a strength training program that’s effective and dead simple to follow, check out the “Wendler 5/3/1” program.

You can google it and learn the basics in just a couple minutes, but we strongly recommend Jim Wendler’s e-book for the full scoop.

It’s not rocket science nor is it revolutionary.  It’s basically yet another periodization scheme.  But it works.  Just weeks into the program, some Tribe members are reporting noticeable gains in strength and muscle density.
