Got Pull-Ups?

What do we have to do to get to 20 pull-ups?

There are a couple of popular methods out there.  One is the “Recon Ron” program.   (This helpful chart will show you how many reps you need to target each day of each week as you progress through the Recon Ron program.)

There is also the so-called “Armstrong Method” developed by an officer in the US Marine Corps.

Both have their adherents and both seem to provide at least a basic structure and goal-oriented method to getting more volume.
