Tabata This, That, and the Other Thing

Your mission today is simple, and it will take just under 12 minutes from start to finish.

It’s not quite as hard as CrossFit’s “Tabata Something Else” because it involves only 3 exercises instead of 4, but this will give you an amazing workout nonetheless.

Here goes:  Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are burpees, the second 8 intervals are sit-ups, and the third (and final) 8 intervals are squats.

No rest for the weary between exercises.
