A Hundred Burpee Pull Ups

Today is a first for us.  No other recent “workout of the day” from the CrossFit.com website has inspired us to get the word out immediately, but today’s “dot-com WOD” is just begging to be attempted ASAP!

Also known as “G.I. Jane,” this WOD has not shown up on the main page since 2007!  Be forewarned:  it is known as a real killer on the hands (among other body parts)…

“For time:
100 Burpee pull-ups

Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.”

Mess you up, indeed!
