Double Clubbell Swipes

Today’s focus is once again on club swinging.

The double clubbell swipe is fundamental exercise for heavy club training.  In many ways, swipes are to clubbell training what the two-handed swing is to kettlebell training:  a defining and fundamental movement with the implement.

Circular Strength Training coach Adam Steer presents what is probably the best tutorial out there when it comes to breaking down the essence of the swipe. If you have access to heavy clubs or clubbells, spend some time reviewing this breakdown and following his cues as you practice.  The slow-motion replays and chunk-by-chunk analysis of proper form are golden!
