Run, Forrest! Run!

We could call this one the Forrest Gump.  You run, do some stuff, and then run some more.

Run 1 mile.  Then drop and do 100 pushups followed by 100 situps, and run a mile back to where you started. Clock your time.  We’ll do this again next month.

Feel free to sub air squats or pull ups if there’s a bar available at your 1 mile destination.  Just make sure you do the same thing next month so you can accurately gauge your improvement.
