Benchmark Time

With the start of the new year, now is a good time to take some benchmarks of our fitness.

Today’s benchmark is the CrossFit Total.

The way it works, you will have 3 attempts to hit your 1RM (one rep max) on each of 3 lifts:  the back squat, the standing press, and the deadlift (in that order).

Make sure to record your results, as we’ll be revisiting this later this winter to see how much improvement has occurred.
