The Dumb Bear

We can all thank Coach Rut for today’s crushing complex/circuit combo.  He calls it “The Dumbbell Bear” but we just call it “The Dumb Bear” for short.

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform the following:

– 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
– 5 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
– 5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Coach Rut will tell you that loading should equal 45% of bodyweight.   (The Tribe will just remind you to scale duration and load as needed.)

Great interval workout. This will push anyones recovery times to the limit…especially once they start becoming shorter as the workout procedes.
