Working the Pull Up

For 20 minutes, summon every ounce of intensity in your body and focus on this one movement: the pull up.

Try and get as much variation in grip as you want on various sets. Use bands or an assistance machine or jumping starts if you want, but give it your all either way.  Remember, it’s “only” 10 minutes of work!

– 30 seconds of pull ups
– 30 seconds or rest

Lather, rinse, and repeat for 20 minutes or until you cry uncle.

(By the end you will notice lots of excess lather, find yourself needing a good rinse, and wishing never to repeat what just happened.)
