Average Joe

No relation.

This workout earned the humble name “Average Joe” because it is what it is, simple and unpretentious.

Average Joe’s the kind of workout you could do either alone or with your buddies at virtually any gym or the local YMCA.  (Just make sure to leave your towel on the bench to hold your spot!)

Ironically, the one place you probably can’t do this “WOD” is your typical CrossFit “box” — but that’s okay with Average Joe.

Bang out 4 rounds for time (or bang out 5 if you’re feeling fired up — who’s gonna stop you?):
– 135 pound bench press, 20 reps
– Sprint 100 yards
