Innovative Effort to Establish Skill Standards

The good folks over at Eat.Move.Improve have put their heads together with the Denver-based parkour outfit APEX Movement to develop a rubric for gauging and measuring athletic performance across the range of abilities — from “healthy beginner” to “elite athlete” — and it provides an interesting starting point for the topic of measuring and assessing skills and capabilities.  If you have the time, it’s definitely worth poring through their charts and milestones.  You can find their article by clicking *here*.
