Deadlifts and Sit-ups

Two great tastes that taste great together.

Today’s skirmish is for 3 rounds:

– Deadlift 3-3-3 reps
– 30 Sit-ups

Make a point to move slowly and deliberately, focusing on good form for the deadlifts. Ideally, your goal should be to add weight to each of the nine deadlift sets. For the sit-ups, keep your hands near your ears and butterfly your knees open. Use an Abmat if you have one!
