Bodyweight 600 with Motivational Consequences

For time:
– 100 pull ups
– 200 push ups
– 300 sit ups

Work through all three exercises in order.  Any time you rest, that is considered the end of a set, and you must run 100 meters before continuing with your remaining work repetitions.
