Lift/Run Combo Workout

Try this one on for size. It’s 5 rounds of:
– 10 deadlifts @ 95 lbs, moving straight into
– 1 clean squat press into
– 10 back squats followed by
– 200m run

For time.

The idea is to have your last deadlift act as the clean into the front squat press. Then, when it’s overhead, ease it down onto your shoulders for the back squats. The barbell component of this workout is tough enough on its own, but the interspersed kilometer of running is what really pushes you over the cliff!
