Today’s challenge: “The Barbell Complex”

A favorite of the some of the folks over at Velocity Sports, you’ve got to try this and experience it for yourself.   For more details, you can check the Gym Jones site.  Basically it’s a painful series of 6 barbell movements, 6 reps each, and you increase the load by 10 lbs each round.  Deadlift, bent-over row, hang clean, front squat, push press, back squat.  It take considerable effort to make it through each round without pausing or having your hands absolutely kill.
